Preparation before installation
① According to the packing list, the parts, components, accessories, random spare parts and technical data of the fan are complete and complete. Check the rotation direction of the rotor, the direction of the inlet and exhaust of the casing and the installation position, and whether they are consistent with the design.
② Cleaning: before the installation of the fan, the parts should be cleaned, such as rotor, spindle bearing gear, rolling bearing, bearing box internal coupling and other finishing parts.
The anti-rust grease and rust of the rotating part must be cleaned, and the rotating part after cleaning must be rotated flexibly and clean.
③ The fans were assembled and tested before leaving the factory. Due to the transportation requirements, the assembled fans were disassembled into several parts for packing, and the fans should be paired according to the matching mark or number when they arrive at the site
④ Due to the limitation of the maximum size range of transportation, the large parts such as the large fan casing are divided into several parts before leaving the factory. After transportation to the site, according to the requirements of the product drawings, the divided part should be welded or fastened with bolts to a whole before installation.
⑤ Must carefully read the installation and use instructions of each equipment of the fan unit, and make various preparations according to its requirements.
⑥ Inspection unit: check whether there are obvious cracks and defects on the surface of the foundation, whether the grounding bolt holes of the foundation meet the requirements, and whether the foundation is flat.
